For Incoming Students and Incoming Staff Mobility: 2-Factor Authentication
Note: This does NOT apply to UZH outgoing students and UZH staff.
For security reasons, we are introducing two-factor authentication for logging into Mobility Online.
All Incoming Students and Incoming Staff Mobility participants must now enter an additional confirmation code after logging in with their usual access data.When using it for the first time:1. If you have not yet installed an authentication app on your cell phone or another device (e.g. Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator), please install one of these apps of your choice.2. Scan the displayed QR code with this authentication app. This will set up a new profile in the app.3. Save the list of additional codes (‘scratch codes’) that appear - you will need them in case you have trouble receiving a confirmation code in the future.4. You will receive a confirmation code in the authentication app, which you must enter here on the login page.After the first usage:Once the profile has been created in your authentication app, you will only need to enter the confirmation code for all future logins to Mobility Online.
